 分詞—主動式

使用字母 a，i 和 o 來表示現在，過去和將來，正如在動詞結尾使用 -as, -is, -os一樣，也適用於主動和被動分詞。

現在式分詞結尾 -anta, 對應英語中的 -ing, 意思是 "活動現在分詞(the active present participle)": fluganta uceli = 飛行中的烏群 flying birds;
persono skribanta letro = 一個人正在寫信 a person writing a letter;
kantanta puerrino = 一個唱歌的女孩a singing girl.

主動過去分詞(the active past participle)的尾數 -inta:
fluginta uceli = 烏飛過了。
hundo dorminta = 狗睡過了。

主動未來分詞(the active future participle) -onta:
stono falonta = 一顆石頭會掉下來a stone that is going to fall。
la puerino kantonta = 女孩會去唱歌the girl who is going to sing.
